Where exactly are you located?
You’ll find us in Piazza Santa Croce 30/R, 50122 Florence — right on the square, a few steps from the Basilica of Santa Croce.
What are your opening hours?
We’re open every day, 10:00–18:30.
Do I need an appointment?
No appointment needed — just come in, take your time, and see if something catches your eye.
Which languages do you speak?
We speak English, Spanish, Italian, Czech, and a little French — so feel free to ask us anything.
Do you accept card payments?
Yes. We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Maestro, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Can you resize or adjust a piece while I wait?
Yes — we can resize rings, shorten chains and bracelets to measure, and make small adjustments in store. Depending on the work it usually takes about 1–2 hours, and in most cases it’s free of charge.

Do you provide a certificate or guarantee?
Every 18kt gold piece carries, by law, the “750” hallmark stamp (the purity of the gold) together with the maker’s registered code — your guarantee of authenticity. On request we can also provide a written store guarantee, along with your receipt and invoice.
