- Payment data: processed directly by our payment provider (Nexi); we do not store your card details.
- Technical data: IP address, browser, and usage data collected via cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
- Marketing data: your email address, if you subscribe to our newsletter.
Why we use it (purposes & legal basis)
- To process and ship your orders and provide customer service — performance of a contract.
- To comply with tax and legal obligations — legal obligation.
- To send you our newsletter and offers, if you subscribed — your consent (you can unsubscribe anytime).
- To improve and secure our website — legitimate interest.
Who we share it with
We share data only with providers who help us operate, acting on our behalf: shipping carriers (UPS, DHL), our payment provider (Nexi), our email-marketing platforms (Brevo, HubSpot), our reviews provider (Google Reviews), our hosting provider (Aruba), and website analytics and advertising tools (Jetpack, Google Analytics, Google Ads). We never sell your data.
International transfers
As we ship outside the EU, order data (name, address) is shared with carriers to deliver your parcel. Where providers are outside the EU, appropriate safeguards are applied.
How long we keep it
Order and tax data: as required by law (generally 10 years). Marketing data: until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise your rights, email cellinigold@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
