1. Company information

2. Where we ship
We ship exclusively outside the European Union, to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. Orders with an EU delivery address are not accepted.

3. Products
All items are solid 18kt (750) gold, made in Italy. As our jewellery is produced in small batches — and some pieces are unique — slight variations in weight, size and finish may occur and are a natural feature of each item.

4. Prices
Prices are final: the price shown is the price you pay, already tax-free. Import duties, taxes or customs fees applied by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.

5. Orders & payment
An order is an offer to purchase; the contract is formed when we confirm it by email. Payments are processed securely via Nexi; we do not store your card details. We may refuse or cancel an order (pricing errors, unavailability, suspected fraud) and refund any sum paid.

6. Shipping & duties
Orders ship via UPS or DHL, dispatched within approximately two weeks, subject to possible carrier delays. Export charges due in Italy at dispatch are borne by us; all import duties, taxes and customs fees in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. Risk passes to the customer on delivery.

7. Availability of unique pieces
As some items are one-of-a-kind, an ordered piece may occasionally be unavailable. In that case our team will contact you and offer either a full refund or a short waiting period of up to one month from the order date.

9. Faulty or incorrect items
If an item arrives faulty or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund at no cost to you.

10. Intellectual property
All content (texts, images, logos, the Cellini Gold name and marks) is our property or used under licence and may not be reproduced without written permission.

11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of the customer’s country of residence.
